Challenge

Align the soul of the brand with its outward presence.

While Beantrust had built a loyal following through word of mouth and heartfelt hospitality, their visual identity and online presence didn’t reflect the depth of their story, values, or vision. The challenge was to create cohesion across every touchpoint without losing the authenticity that made them beloved.

Solution

Bring the warm feeling of the coffee shop into the brand.

Through a collaborative brand strategy sprint, we defined a clear positioning, voice, and identity grounded in “Radical Hospitality.” We designed a new logo system, brand guidelines, and launched a welcoming, user-first website to support both in-store traffic and distribution growth. Every element was created to embody presence, warmth, and trust.

With a refreshed identity and story-forward site, Beantrust now has a cohesive, scalable brand platform. Customers feel more connected than ever.
